Office Fit out
We are highly experienced in successfully carrying out all types of office fit out projects, comprising full site possession, planning, co ordination and control of multiple trades through to successful completion and handover.
It does not have to be a complete fit out
50% of our work comprises “in occupation works” such as; office moves, creating a new meeting room, the erection of a glass feature wall, a new reception, break out area or T point.
We can carry out make overs and re branding including signage and branded finishes, or do you simply want some desk positions moved, some new lighting or additional power outlets.
We carry out repairs, maintenance and pre or post tenancy strip out and landlord dilapidations.
Data Suite and Comms Rooms
We will build your data suite or comms room to the very highest of standards, complementing our team with the very highest quality of specialists both for design and installation of the specialist equipment, we utilise our experience and proven construction quality control sequences, staged completions, controlled commissioning, proving and handover to provide you with a fully functioning facility that meets your brief in every way and gives you many years of trouble free operation and ease of maintenance.Shop, Restaurant and Bar Fitting
We provide a service whereby we can enter into the project much earlier in the design process, so that we can help by way of “build ability” advice, We can spend time getting to know the project and it’s designer, we can pre order materials and components and where possible arrange off site pre assembly.Taking advantage of this preconstruction period we can meticulous pre plan the project and minimise the units down time by allowing us to carry out a very rapid installation of the pre constructed components whilst ensuring the ongoing high quality of the process.
Sound Studios - Voice Over Facilities - Editing Suites - Broadcast Engineering
Working in conjunction with a proven acoustic designer, we can create acoustic facilities with a performance second to none. In addition we work in partnership with a specialist Broadcast engineering company who can design and install the very latest equipment for recording, editing, onward transmission and broadcast.
WISL Electrical
In addition to carrying out electrical installation works in connection with our fit out works we offer a comprehensive stand alone electrical installation service, including data cabling installations.
